The Clinical Trials day is celebrated across the globe on 20th May every year. It is a great time to recognize the people who helps to conduct clinical trials, and to appreciate what they do to improve public health. 

 

It is celebrated  to recognize the day when James Lind started  first randomized clinical trial aboard a ship on May 20, 1747. This day also provides a unique opportunity to raise awareness about importance of clinical trials – and of clinical research as a career option – across the globe.
