On this International Clinical Trials Day, I would like to thank all the doctors as well as health professionals for their constant support, hard work, and immense contribution towards improving modern medicines and public health. I would also like to thank all the patients for their sacrifices towards helping others and becoming a part of the supportive community. Clinical trials are safe and are conducted in phases and each phase is designed in such a way that it can answer many questions while taking necessary steps to safeguard the people who participates. As a result, these trials are helping out communities in various ways. Further, it can act as an accession for the patient to get an advanced treatment. Health professionals are trying hard in tracking and monitoring how a patient would react to a certain treatment in order to figure out what needs to be done in finding a better solution. Clinical trial is a combination where they can give hope to the patients for a better life and at the same time, contribute to the advancement of medical science. Participating in a clinical study contributes to medical knowledge. The results of these studies can make a difference in the care of future patients by providing information about the benefits and risks of therapeutic, preventative, diagnostic products and interventions. Therefore, this is the time when we should raise awareness why conducting and participating in clinical trials so crucial.
